We celebrate the Supreme Court decision on marriage here in the U.S. — but meanwhile Kyrgyzstan moved forward implementing the most stringent “anti-propaganda” law! Thankfully here in the U.S. our President held his annual LGBT Pride celebration at the White House — yet he still got a (deserved) mouthful from a trans activist calling on him to do more to protect transgender immigrants.

In other news cisgender is now in the Oxford English Dictionary along with twerk! Twerk it out at Stonewall’s anniversary this weekend in major cities all over the world this weekend, especially in NYC!

On Wednesday, April 22, the fast-growing LGBT travel weekly news-update, GAYography brief will host an event to introduce Alturi, a new online platform that enables people to take a stand against the violence and oppression facing the international LGBT community.
